Formerly known as Autism in Motion, we have been supporting neurodiverse families across Liverpool and Merseyside since 2016.
Our team of professionals brings both specialist knowledge and lived experience, enabling us to offer practical, compassionate support grounded in a genuine understanding of family life.
We work from several welcoming venues across the city. Visit our Activities and Events page to find out what’s happening, where and when.
We believe that travelling in the company of friends makes the journey easier.
We provide practical, compassionate support, advice and guidance for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people. Our free coffee mornings are held at welcoming venues across Liverpool, making it easier for families to find support close to home. Each month explores useful themes—from sensory needs and behaviour to education, wellbeing and family life—with opportunities for discussion, shared experiences and practical workshops.
For families needing more focused help, our one-to-one information, advice and guidance sessions provide personalised support, trusted information and signposting tailored to their individual circumstances. We also deliver workshops and training for parents, carers and professionals.
Our activities give neurodivergent children and young people opportunities to relax, build confidence, explore their interests and make friends in spaces where they can be themselves.
We run small, sensory-friendly after-school clubs for ages 5–16, including LEGO, crafts and Girls Club, alongside school-holiday activities, family days, community events and special seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
Sessions are low-demand and supported by an experienced team with lived experience and a genuine understanding of individual needs. At our regular after-school activities, parents and carers stay too, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the whole family.
Finding the right information can feel overwhelming, so we bring useful resources together in one accessible place. Explore our practical guides, downloadable tools and trusted links to local services across Liverpool and Merseyside, including our free Where to Go for Help guide.
We also deliver themed workshops and training for parents, carers and professionals, covering topics that matter to neurodivergent families. Details of new courses and sessions will be added as they become available, so check back regularly or follow us on social media for updates.
